Egg Bake

INGRIDIENTS

6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 table spoon of butter
5 slices thick bread, cubed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degree.

Chop mushrooms. Add them and the tablespoon of butter to a pan over medium heat. Sautee until cooked through. Take off heat and set aside.

Mix eggs, milk, greet yogurt, salt, mushrooms, bread cheddar cheese in a large bowl.

Grease baking dish or ramekins. Place ramekins on a baking sheet.

For baking dish: bake for 40 minutes. Top with parmesan while hot.

For ramekins: bake for 20 minutes. Top with parmesan while hot.

Let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
